We’ve been told there’s not enough space for all o We’ve been told there’s not enough space for all of us…

That if she’s winning, you’re losing. That other women in your industry are competition.

And so we compete. We isolate. We see each other has threats instead of allies.

But what if that’s a lie?

Here’s what changed for me: I stopped seeing other entrepreneurs as competition and started seeing them as potential collaborators.

I built friendships with women who could have been my competitors. Real friendships.

And it didn’t hurt my business. It grew it. But more importantly, it saved me from the loneliness that comes with entrepreneurship.

There IS space for all of us. 🤍 Your success doesn’t diminish mine. My wins don’t take away from yours.

So stop competing. Start collaborating. And build community.

This is exactly what I talked about in this week’s episode of In The EllaMents. Give it a listen is you’re tired of doing this alone. Link in bio. 🎧

Nobody warns you about this part of entrepreneursh Nobody warns you about this part of entrepreneurship. The isolation.

You hit your revenue goals. Your business is growing. You should feel amazing. Right? But you're sitting there feeling so alone. Making big decisions by yourself. Celebrating wins with no one to share them with. And that doubt that hits at 2 am when it's just you and your thoughts. 🫠

This feeling? It doesn't just go away when you become successful. It's part of this journey. But what if there was a different way?

I spent so long seeing other entrepreneurs as competition. Like if they were winning, somehow I was losing. It kept me isolated, and honestly? Made the loneliness worse. Then something shifted. I started collaborating instead. Building actual friendships with people I could have seen as competitors. And it changed everything for me, not just in business, but as a person.

In the latest episode of In the EllaMents, I'm sharing those real stories and what I learned about doing this differently. If you've been feeling alone in this entrepreneurial journey, this episode is for you. 🤍

Here’s what I know: Most business owners aren’t ru Here’s what I know:
Most business owners aren’t running ads because you think you can’t afford them.

So you’re waiting for that magic moment when you have “enough” money.

And I get it. Money is tight.

But what if the real question isn’t whether you can afford ads… but whether you’re actually ready for them?

Because small budgets CAN work. The problem is most people either don’t know what to do with them, or they’re not ready yet.

In the latest episode of In The EllaMents I’m breaking down what’s actually possible with different budgets and how to know if you’re ready to start.

Your turn, what would yours be?

I think we have this idea that digital ads are exp I think we have this idea that digital ads are expensive. But really, they don't have to be.

What if I told you that you could spend $10 a day—less than that coffee you picked up this morning (and look, I'm not judging, I love a coffee made by someone other than me)—and actually get results and leads flowing into your business?

Would you at least give it a try?

Here's the thing: small budgets work. But there's a catch. You have to know what you're actually doing with that money.

Because $10 a day isn't going to do the same thing as $50 a day or $500 a month. And if you don't understand what each budget can accomplish, you'll either spend it wrong or talk yourself out of spending it at all.

In the latest episode of In The EllaMents, I'm breaking down exactly what different budgets can actually do for your business. The honest truth. No fluff. So you can figure out if small budget ads are right for you, or if you need to wait.
