When you're in it every single day, you can't see clearly. You lose sight of what's working, what's not, and what needs to change.
But when you step away—even for a few days—clarity comes.

Before I run ads for anyone, I ask these questions Before I run ads for anyone, I ask these questions first.
Not because I'm picky about who I work with. 

I mean, I am, but also because I want ads to actually work FOR you.
I've seen too many business owners spend $3K, $5K, even $10K on ads before they're ready and then blame the ads when it doesn't work.

But the ads aren't the problem. The foundation is.

So before we launch anything, we make sure you have:
→ A clear offer (not just "I help people with X" but a specific transformation)
→ Capacity to handle the leads (if ads work, can you respond?)
→ Clear numbers (customer cost, lifetime value, what you can afford to spend)
→ Messaging that makes sense in 5 seconds or less

If the answer to any of these is 'not really' or 'I'm working on it,' we pause.
We build the foundation first. We clarify the offer. We tighten the messaging. We make sure the numbers work.
Then we run ads.

And they work. Because we set them up to succeed.

Here's what I want you to know:
If you're thinking about running ads but something feels off, trust that instinct.

You might not need ads yet. You might need clarity first.
That's not a bad thing. That's smart business.
And that's why when you work with me, we figure out all of this stuff from the beginning.

I get why business owners do this. It feels logical. Why spend money on ads when you're already busy?

But here's the problem:
Ads aren't a faucet. They're a flywheel.

When you turn them off, you lose momentum. You lose what the system learned about your audience. You lose the people who were starting to pay attention.

When you turn them back on? You're starting over.

The best-performing ad accounts run consistently.
Not massive budgets. Just consistent.
$500–$1,000/month, every month, building momentum over time.

And here's what most people don't know:
The best time to run ads? Right now. Q1.

January through March is when other businesses pull back after the holidays.
Less competition = lower costs = your budget goes further.

This is my favorite time to run ads for clients. We get better results for less spend because the ad space isn't crowded.
But most business owners do the opposite. They turn ads off in Q1 because "it's slow."

Meanwhile, their competitors are building momentum that compounds for the rest of the year.

Think of ads like compound interest.
Consistency matters more than budget.
