One says: "I love your petals!"
The other says: "Thanks! I feel like I'm blooming way slower than you, though."
The first flower responds: "We're different flowers, silly!"

And I felt so called out.

Because I do this constantly.
I look at someone else's business and think, Why am I not there yet?
Their polished brand. Their dream clients. Their fully booked calendar.

But here's what I forget every single time:
We're different flowers.

Their year ten isn't my year three.
Their timeline isn't mine. Their strengths aren't mine. Their version of success might not even be what I actually want.
So why am I comparing?

Here's what I'm learning:
Confidence grows where comparison ends.

When I stop measuring my growth against someone else's highlight reel and start focusing on my own progress, the foundation I'm building, the clients I'm serving, the life I'm actually living...
That's when I feel solid.

That's when I bloom.

So if you've been feeling behind. If you've been scrolling and thinking everyone else has it figured out except you.
Remember you're a different flower.
And you're blooming exactly the way you're supposed to.
