Two Years in Business: Lessons, Growth, and Gratitude When I first started my business two years ago, I’ll admit, it felt like a leap into the unknown. I’ve always considered myself a calculated risk-taker. You know the type—follow the path that makes the most sense:...

You don’t need to post more. You need to post wi You don’t need to post more.
You need to post with purpose.

Every time you hit “share,” it should do one of three things:
💡 Build trust
💬 Start a conversation
💰 Move someone closer to buying

If it doesn’t do at least one of those, it’s just noise.

Here’s the trick: slow down before you speed up.
Think about who’s reading. What’s happening in their day? What problem are they silently Googling right now?
Speak to that—not the algorithm.

Because the best performing content doesn’t shout louder.
It connects deeper.

So before you post, ask yourself:
“What’s the point of this?”
Then build from there.

Can we normalize not having it all figured out?
Can we normalize not having it all figured out?
Because I’m right there too.

I’m in a season of figuring things out.
Shifting, learning, and letting my business evolve — even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.

But here’s the thing I’ve learned:
Clarity doesn’t come from waiting until you have it all together.
It comes from doing, even when it’s messy.

Progress over perfection — always.
Because perfect doesn’t move you forward, but presence does.

If you’re in a season of transition too, this one’s for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to keep finding your way. 💛

Stop treating November like a warm-up month. It’ Stop treating November like a warm-up month.
It’s not the pre-game — it is the game.

This is when your audience starts paying attention, planning, and buying.
If you wait until Black Friday to show up consistently, you’ve already missed their decision-making window.

Show up now with value, stories, and proof. Talk about what you offer like it’s already helping people (because it is).

Your small business advantage? You can shift fast. If one post hits, amplify it. If one flops, pivot tomorrow.
You don’t need a 6-week approval chain — you just need to start.

By the time big brands are rolling out “official” campaigns, you’ll already be top of mind.

✨ The calm, confident marketer doesn’t wait for December magic — they create it in November.

If you’ve been trying to do all the “right” If you’ve been trying to do all the “right” things in marketing, but it still feels like something’s missing, you’re in the right place. 🤍

You’re showing up, posting, learning, testing… but you’re also craving simplicity, strategy, and someone who can connect the dots.

That’s where I come in.
I help business owners turn confusion into confidence through ads and strategy that actually align with their goals.

Because your business deserves to grow, without guesswork.

You’re showing up. You’re posting consistently You’re showing up.
You’re posting consistently.
You’re even boosting posts when you can… and yet, it still feels like no one’s listening.

Here’s the truth: it’s not that you’re doing anything wrong. You’re just using the wrong tool for the job.

Boosting posts might get you likes, but it won’t build momentum. Structured ad campaigns, built with strategy and intention, actually guide your audience from stranger, to follower, to paying customer.

When you understand that difference, everything about your marketing starts to click. (Literally 😉)

That’s exactly what I’m breaking down in my latest blog post.

If your marketing strategy changes every time the If your marketing strategy changes every time the algorithm sneezes, it’s time for a reset.

Let’s be honest, Instagram™’s moods could rival a toddler’s. One day it’s praising Reels, the next it’s hiding your content like it’s on a secret mission. You post, you wait, you refresh… and somehow, your reach drops anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Here’s the thing: chasing the algorithm will always leave you behind.
What actually works is strategy. I'm talking real, intentional strategy.

Start by getting clear on your goal. What do you want someone to do after they see your post? Follow you? Visit your site? Book a call? That answer should shape every caption, every ad, every piece of content you create.

Then, talk to one person. Not the crowd, not “everyone.” Just the one potential client who’s scrolling right now, wondering if you understand what they need. Speak to them like you would a friend, not a follower.

And if you really want to stop guessing what works, use ads with intention. A strong ad strategy doesn’t care what mood Instagram’s in today. It just keeps working. It puts your message in front of the right people, the ones ready to take action.

You don’t need hacks. You need clarity, consistency, and a plan that keeps your business growing, even on Instagram™’s bad days.

✨ Want help creating that plan?
Grab my Free Meta™ Ads Strategy Guide and learn how to stop chasing trends and start marketing with intention. Comment 'Guide' below and I'll send you the link to download.
